The HAGAH apartments, managed by Rudimar and Samuel, are the result of Luís Rosa’s vision, who from the beginning recognized the building’s tourist potential.
Over the course of approximately 4/5 years, the works were carefully carried out by the company Silverline, which contributed to every detail and to overcoming bureaucracy.
The choice of the name “HAGAH” came from Rudimar Rosa and Dany Beça, reflecting the aspiration to integrate modernism into the rich History of Guimarães, preserving the city’s distinct characteristics.
Luís Rosa, born in Olalhas-Tomar and resident in Angola for 35 years, who, maintaining his Portuguese roots, identified a promising investment opportunity in Guimarães.
With three floors, the building has six apartments, one of which is a T2 with two terraces, barbecue and a section dedicated to children. The rest are T0, with an open space kitchen and living room, a bedroom and bathroom.
The accommodations were designed to be comfortable and practical, with modern and cozy elements.
Each apartment was named after a symbol of Guimarães, such as Paço do Duque, Penha, Largo do Toural, the Castle, Largo Oliveira and Praça Santiago.
