Terra Rosa Country House & Vineyards is an agritourism with 70 hectares that offers two houses and 50 hectares of vineyards for guests to enjoy.
Surrounded by nature, we find a space of comfort and tranquility where we can live slowly and from which we can enjoy a unique surrounding landscape. A time, without time, of doing everything or nothing. A place to (re)find yourself.

It is in Lúpulo’s house with 300 m2. We find seven bedrooms, three of which are suites, with private entrance and direct access to our gardens, with a maximum capacity of fourteen adults and seven children.
Also in this house we find the living and dining room with 60 m2.

The 200 m2 Casa das Colheitas also has a large room with a seating area and a traditional games and billiards area on the first floor. On the ground floor you can find two bathrooms and a kitchen, where wine tastings, workshops, among other activities, take place.
The comfort, careful decoration and delicate textiles create a welcoming atmosphere, embracing you in a unique tranquility. Each room has a private bathroom, organic toiletries, kettle, coffee machine, cups, glasses, tea, coffee and water.
The furniture and decoration are inspired by the Japanese concept of Wabi-Sabi, a philosophy where we learn to see beauty in imperfect, ephemeral and incomplete things.
We learn to value nature, to accept asymmetry, irregularity and modesty as attributes of beauty.
At Terra Rosa we seek to live more closely, with more affection and strengthening personal bonds, thus being able to enjoy life, loved ones, nature and everything that surrounds us, create memories and spend simple and happy moments!

The history and its owners
In 2017, as a result of several conversations between father and daughter, a dream began to come to life and the plan to transform Quinta de Codeçosa into an agritourism began.
Francisco Rosa and his daughter Eliana Rosa wanted to share the beauty of their farm and vineyards, thus creating Terra Rosa Country House & Vineyards. Eliana, the hostess in charge of Terra Rosa, will welcome guests and is also responsible for the Terra Rosa restoration and interior decoration project.
His personal touch can be found everywhere, from the choice of wood in the house, to furniture and objects from various corners of the world, collected on his travels and as a result of his connection to the area of decoration.
Francisco Rosa’s great passion, his vineyards, began when he began the project to restore the farm and implement his vineyard more than 15 years ago.
Assuming a pioneering vision and always thinking about economies of scale, with years of dedication and commitment, he managed to transform Quinta de Codeçosa into the largest producer of green wine at Adega Cooperativa de Ponte Lima with its 50 hectares of vineyard and production of 1000 barrels.
He is responsible for developing the vineyards into integrated production and planting the majority of the vineyards currently in existence.
Quinta de Codeçosa was purchased from the Viscounts of Venade in 1948 by António da Silva Rosa and Laura de Araújo Martins, Francisco’s parents. However, the farm dates back to 1758, the date inscribed on its chapel.
Both will be in Terra Rosa to welcome those who want to visit.
